Fundraising effort underway for Minot-born child with leukemia
NDAD is sponsoring several community fundraisers for 2-year-old Oliver Iverson, a Minot native who has leukemia.

Oliver and his mom, Brook Harvey, have moved to Fargo for the duration of Oliver's three years of cancer treatments.

A fundraiser was held on Wed., Jan. 24, at the Minot Pizza Ranch to help Oliver and his mom with medical and general expenses. A second, at Minot's Paradiso Mexican Restaurant, is set for Thurs., Feb. 8.
