The mission of NDAD is to enhance the quality of lives of individuals facing health challenges.

Charitable nonprofit NDAD — the North Dakota Association for the Disabled — was founded 50 years ago by concerned citizens for the purpose of assisting people with disabilities and health challenges in the state of North Dakota, many of whom were ineligible for services from other agencies. NDAD’s reach also includes border communities in surrounding states. NDAD offers direct financial assistance, health care equipment loans, adaptive recreation resources, and information, referral and advocacy services.

Bringing Connection and Engagement to Rural Seniors with Pembina County Memorial Hospital Foundation

NDAD is proud to support the Pembina County Memorial Hospital (PCMH) Foundation with a $5,000 Gibbens Memorial Grant to enhance quality of life for nursing home residents through innovative technology. The funding will support the purchase of a Lucynt Interactive Table, offering engaging, therapeutic activities designed for individuals of all abilities.
